A very simple recipe, these croutons are good for a Caesar's Salad or any tossed green salad.

This recipe makes a fabulous and moist carrot cake. Try it for Thanksgiving instead of or in addition to pumpkin pie.

Ham, cheese, and a fried egg are sandwiched between two buttermilk pancakes and covered with syrup. A great way to use up leftover pancakes!
